I’m a bit behind in posting these, but here are some pictures of the Jubilee at the end of last month. There were a number of banners, like this one:

There were, of course, a number of musical groups, most with a couple numbers. This is the band that did interludes when called for :

The rain held off both days, and there was even a bit of wind for the flag:

On graduation day, it was pretty much the same, but with lots of celebrating families (though only this one pic on my part):

With the amount of work a family goes through around here to get someone educated, there is a lot to celebrate. They could not always contain their joy until after the degree had actually been conferred. At one point, the Administrator calling names and doing the official stuff had to say, “Either we take photos, or we hand out degrees. Which would you like?”
But a good time was had by all, even our language programs manager, who got a bit of face time with the USB Translation degree program chair:
